Seth Rollins says he couldn’t win at SummerSlam without Dean Ambrose: WWE Exclusive, Aug. 19, 2018

Seth, first of all, congratulations,
man, it seems like you and Dolph Ziggler have been going back and
forth since. Well, he took the title from you, and
tonight, with Dean Ambrose at your side, Brooklyn behind you. You’re walking out of SummerSlam
the Intercontinental Champion, how do you feel, man?
>>Dude, I feel beat up, you know, Dolph gave it everything he’s got. And you mention, we’ve been going back and
forth, but that’s really not the case. I’ve been going back and forth with Dolph
and Drew, because I didn’t have back up. And tonight, Monday, I had back up in
the form of Lunatic Fringe, Dean Ambrose, and you know what? If it wasn’t for him,
I wouldn’t be walking out of Brooklyn, Intercontinental Champion. And you know me, Mike,
I got every ounce of faith in my ability to get the job done, but
when it’s two on one. And you got that psychopath, and you got Ziggler, it is hard, it is
an uphill battle from start to finish. But when you level the playing field,
and let me tell you something, there’s no better playing field
leveler than Dean Ambrose. When you level the playing field, and it’s just one on one, nobody can touch me,
where is Ambrose, anyway? Where is he, you know what,
he’s icing the beers. He’s icing the beers, celebration time
in Brooklyn, Mike, we’ll save one for you.
>>Congratulations, man, thank you.
